Xpore is a comprehensive textile technology solution. Xpore materials are free of harmful chemicals such as PFCs and PTFE. We produce a proprietary glue and membrane without the use of any solvents. And since manufacturing is done in-house, we have total control of product quality. We can also customize our glue to meet the specific demands of clients.

At the core of the Xpore Technology is a layer of unique ultra-thin membranes consisting of 10 billion nanopores on every square inch. The pores are 20,000 times smaller than water droplets — they can perfectly block rain. But they are large enough for perspiration vapor and airflow to pass through. This is how Xpore Technology delivers true breathability and keeps things dry and comfortable even with increased activity.

Xpore is not only PFC- and PTFE-free in materials, but also solvent-free in process. Our manufacturing process requires no water since we use a rolling technique. Water savings aside, because there are no solvents used, no pollution is created during the process.
