Woven is usually not flexible, the weave structure will lead
to slough-off, so the back side usually do PU coating to
prevent this proplem, but we develop a series of materials.
We have made changes in the weave, increase the
re-flexible yarn to the weft direction, so that the fabric
has a certain degree of flexibility but does not affect
the overall effect. In addition, the tearing data of the
material is better without increasing the cost too much.
